Shri Narayan Pal stands as the visionary leader and custodian of the PAL GROUP legacy, a renowned entity that has thrived for three decades. Originally founded by his elder brother, the late Shri Nand Kishor Pal Ji, in 1979, the group emerged as a pioneering business in Uttarakhand. Under their collective guidance, the PAL GROUP has firmly entrenched itself across diverse business verticals, marking a significant and enduring presence.

With an illustrious and distinguished presence in Uttarakhand, he boasts 38 years of extensive experience in state politics. His political journey commenced in 1984 as a Joint Secretary in his college, and by 1986, he had assumed the role of President of the Youth Congress. Progressing through various political positions during his student life, he transitioned into major politics. In 1995, he contested in the Uttarakhand Lok Sabha Elections as a candidate of the Samajwadi Party, securing an impressive 1 lakh 43 thousand votes. Serving as a two-time MLA from the Sitarganj Assembly in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, he has also held significant roles such as Leader, Vidhan Mandal Dal (BSP), Uttarakhand, Chairperson of the Assurance Committee, and state spokesperson for Congress (Uttarakhand). His active and influential presence makes him a formidable leader in the state.

He currently serves as the Chairperson of Pal College of Technology & Management in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, and is widely recognized as a prominent builder and colonizer. Leading the Pal Group and its diverse ventures, his primary objective has been to make substantial contributions to infrastructure development, provide high-quality educational opportunities, nurture skilled graduates, and generate employment through the establishment of educational and medical institutes. His entrepreneurial acumen is evident in the successful implementation of various business ideas.

Beyond his professional pursuits, he actively participates in mass movements for the greater good of society. His vision for urbanization adopts a sustainable approach, exemplified by his collaboration with the late Shri ND Tiwari Ji in Sitarganj (SIDCUL). Together, they orchestrated industrial development, establishing 260 industries and providing employment for thousands. Mr. Pal concurrently achieved goals of constructing schools and Anganwadis in his political region.

Known for his enthusiasm and humility, he engages directly with people, particularly in villages, where he champions causes against adversity. His advocacy extends to empowering women, promoting education, safeguarding daughters, and supporting initiatives for women's healthcare and hygiene.
